Really glad that it's over. I hope this year is boring and uneventful, seriously.

Aside from that, I've been drawing more often than I used to. Though most of the stuff reside in my sketchbooks. I've also been gathering artbooks around, I really need to start investing in shelves one of these days considering all the books I've slowly accumulated. So maybe I'll ask for something of that nature for my birthday or something.

Still need to register for classes, I might take it light this semester. Not sure, I want to invest more time in looking for work. I just get discouraged/annoyed when every other business isn't hiring and I end up on a mini-quest searching for someone who is. It isn't a big deal I suppose, not compared to the gravity of school and life anyway.


Oh and I've fallen in love with white conte on toned/black paper. I'd try to post some but my work on those tend to be somewhat large. I could invest in some smaller paper but I feel that I may lose detail because of the nature of the conte. I find that 11x14 is a "comfortable" size for me though so maybe I'll find some around there.

Anyway, hope everyone had a good New Year's, even if they meant just sleeping in! Hope everyone has a cool 2010. Still haven't decided on what this year's resolution will be, last year I resolved to watch less television and that actually worked out better than I thought it would. I barely watch stuff on TV anymore, the only exceptions of course being movies and games. Bah, I'll think of something.
